Right now, we like to run one LIVE Workshop a month and 1-2 Pre-recorded Masterclasses per month. Speakers are selected based on alignment, value, and relevance to what our members are navigating right now.

Our members are service-based entrepreneurs, OBMs, COOs, consultants, digital marketers, and creatives, running established online businesses.


They’re past the hustle-and-hope stage and focused on scaling sustainably through stronger strategy, systems, and self-leadership.

They’re smart, self-aware, and allergic to fluff. They love tangible takeaways, frameworks, and true understanding of why what you’re teaching matters & how to implement it - often taking action withint the same week you teach

We prioritize workshops that help our members strengthen or scale their business.

What Steph is currently looking for:

  • LinkedIn & Threads: specific lead generation & client acquisition techniques for maximizing effort for people hoping to start utilizing these platforms strategically

  • Email Marketing: all of the tips, tricks, & strategies to leveraging an email list

  • Legal: top to bottom, all the deets on protecting yourself legally from contracts to LLC versus incorporating & anything else your legal heart desires

  • Ads: leveraging Meta Ads, the benefit, & very specific walkthrough/training style

  • Podcasting: strategy & advice for those thinking of leveraging this as a marketing tool

  • Thought Leadership & Visibility: showing up strategically, carving out a space for what they want to be known for & leveraging that to land opportunities & clients

We also occasionally bring in guest experts for personal development meets leadership topics (think: nervous system regulation, productivity, human design, or communication styles) — if it ties back to better leadership, business performance, or overall well-being.

By submitting the form, you understand and accept:

  • This is not a paid opportunity.

  • Your session or recording will be uploaded to the community for all present and future members to access. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to store the training inside the mastermind.

  • You will have an opportunity to pitch 1 service at the end of your presentation & you your name, bio, and links will be promoted inside the mastermind

  • Any information you have provided may be used for promotional purposes

  • The entire workshop or class is 1 hour, broken into roughly:

    • 40 minutes of teaching

    • 10 minutes of Q&A

    • 5 minutes of pitching
