Hey - I’m Steph Rubio. 👋🏼 My superpower is getting you to admit that big, scary, audacious vision of your future, intimately discovering what you want your day-to-day to look like (both in your business & life because HELLO), as well as what you currently do; then giving you the strategy and deep mindset work to get there.
With 2 decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, operations, and client success, I help service providers move from overwhelmed solopreneur to confident CEO—without sacrificing their sanity or authenticity. How? Great question.
My mission is to empower entrepreneurs to lead with strategy, scale with systems, and master self-love, all at the same time. As an almost-VP of Operations (because I said “no thanks”) , someone with a business degree in strategic management (only recently), I know business.
And as someone who finally shed her own self-limiting beliefs & fights the good fight of self-love every day, who has survived & hustled since childhood to reach this point of thriving - I know intimately that you can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don’t trust yourself, it all falls apart. So we do it all.
