Hey - I’m Steph Rubio. 👋🏼 My superpower is getting you to admit that big, scary, audacious vision of your future, learning what you want your day-to-day to look like (both in your business & life because HELLO), as well as what you currently do; then giving you the strategy and deep mindset work to get there.
With 18+ years of experience spanning sales, marketing, operations, and client success, I help service providers move from overwhelmed solopreneur to confident CEO—without sacrificing their sanity or authenticity. How? Great question.
My mission is to empower women to lead with clarity, build with systems, and scale with intention. That’s fancy speak for - I know business. Truly. As an almost-VP of Operations (because I said “no thanks”) , someone with a business degree in strategic management (but only recently), & someone who has survived & hustled to reach this point of thriving - I know intimately what it takes to help you do the same.
