I take all of that data from our audacious visioning and your audits, identify the gaps and opportunities, then hand you the reality of your business in a form of a Google Sheet with easy-to-digest sections by each function that we audited. Think of it as a report of the current state of your business.
Your Personalized Strategic Priorities. This is the start of your strategic plan. I’ll spot themes from your gap map, missing opportunities that span functions, spot the hottest priorities based on where you want to go, and put those themes in order of priority based on what is most urgent, important, and has the most impact. Now you know where to focus.
Your Mapped Action Plan. Each strategic priority will have actions that stair step you to achieving that priority. This becomes marching orders you and your team can rally behind. Together, we’ll assign who will take the action, when is most reasonable, any risks or dependencies to be aware of.

What is the flow of the actual day & time we’ll spend together?
We will block our calendars for a 4 hour meeting for the full 7 audits of your business. I’ll rapid fire questions and we’ll pause for further conversation & ideation on some. We can typically accomplish what we need to in 3 hours but blocking 4 assures we cover every area & I have all the data I need to develop your plan. Then, we’ll break - you’re free to go on about your merry way & after a short break I’ll jump back in to develop your plan, sending the finalized version to you by the end of the day.
Is there any prep work necessary?
A map only works if you know your destination. Your strategic plan is a roadmap to your future desired state so without that, a strategy is incomplete. You need to be able to vividly describe the big, audacious vision of your future, in both life and business so we know what we’re marching towards.
